Delete your ShotLab account

You can permanently delete your ShotLab account and associated cloud data from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open ShotLab and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account and associated cloud data are deleted when the request succeeds.

Request deletion without the app

Email ronitamir.extra@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ShotLab account. Use the subject “ShotLab account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data that is deleted

Deletion removes the ShotLab authentication account and associated cloud profile, workouts, notes, goals, team memberships, assignments, completion records, preferences, and notification tokens.

Data stored only on a device can be removed by deleting ShotLab or clearing its app data. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
